On Shipping:

1) How long does it take for my order to process?

It takes 1-3 days to process ready-made orders. For orders are made to order, it will take 3-5 working days to process and be ready for shipping. 

2) How long does it take for my order to ship?

For local parcels, they will take typically 1-3 working days to be delivered, via local courier.

For overseas orders, depending on the logistics of the designated location, it may take 2-3 weeks or even longer if affected by the pandemic. 

3) Do you ship internationally?

I ship to this list of countries for now but if you reside outside of these countries but wish to purchase, just drop me an email on the items you wish to purchase through the contact page!

1) How much is customized stamp?

For custom stamps, I mainly charge based on the intricacy of the design and then the size of the stamp. It typically starts from $30 onwards. Drop me an enquiry via the contact page if you'd wish to find out more or ask for a quotation here.

If you don't already have a design, you can let me know the kind of design that you are looking for and I will give you a quotation for that :) Do note that I will only do up the design after payment is made.

On Patreon:

1) How do I sign up as a patron?

Basically to sign up as a patron, you can choose a tier ($2, $5, $10 or $40 usd per month) that you wish to pledge to and you can read the rewards for each tier on my Patreon page. 

2) How does your Patreon work?

Every month I create a series of stamps based on a theme and I mail out prints and goodies to my patrons. You can pledge however long you want and cancel anytime you want. No minimum commitment is required.
